Commercial banks have their own knowledge-intensive,capital-intensive,technology intensive characteristics,determines the core competitiveness of the building can not be separated from the introduction of various types of talent,use and cultivation,especially senior management personnel.How to attract and retain a high-quality executive team for executives pay management work put forward higher requirements.LC bank as a modern enterprise,a sound salary management system can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of executives for the development of the bank to provide sustained power,the current executive pay management there are many drawbacks,need to be improved.On the basis of the investigation and research on the current executive compensation management plan of LC bank,this paper analyzes the following problems of the salary management scheme of the LC bank:The salary level is set to be simple and backward.The intensity is not enough and can not complete the long-term effective incentive goals.Annual salary management does not refer to the performance evaluation indicators,the responsibility is not clear,and the lack of deferred payment means.Annuities and housing subsidies are still welfare nature,the incentive effect is not strong.In view of the above shortcomings,this paper compares and analyzes the executive compensation management methods of foreign commercial banks,and obtains the inspiration for the optimization design of the executive management of the LC bank executives and designs the salary level,annual salary,annuity and housing subsidy for the LC bank.Within the executive compensation management program.This paper combines the IPE method,the KPI examination and the salary combination in the optimization design of the LC bank executive compensation management plan,so that the various components of the salary reflect the executive value of the executive,the contribution degree to the performance,and the improvement of the salary This paper not only for the LCbank design appropriate salary management program,but also for the salary management practice to provide a useful reference,is a pay management practice is more innovative try.
