In the 21 st century, as the establishment of modern enterprise system, more claims are put forward to the compensation system for the enterprises. Domestic listed companies pay system, in particular, senior managers’ compensation system attracts more and more attention. Micro-enterprise constitute the macro-economic system, therefore, the macro-income of national finance will be subject to micro-enterprise compensation distribution. The income distribution between senior managers and ordinary workers will not only affect the working enthusiasm of employees and enterprise profit, but also affect the income distribution and development of the country’s economy. This paper will study the pay of executives of Chinese listed companies,use efficiency--equity theory, human capital theory and compensation management theory as the theoretical basis, summarize the effectiveness of executive pay and corporate profit relevant on the findings to study the correlation between executive compensation and enterprise benefits increase of Chinese listed companies by empirical research and normative research methods.The article try to answer the following questions from theoretical level and empirical level:First, how to design the compensation management constitution of enterprises in China? Second, what are the relationship between executives salary remuneration and corporate performance? Third, how the compensation distribution of companies affect nation economy development? Thorough answer these questions, first, The combination of enterprise compensation constitution construction and enterprise strategy is helpful for the acquirement of core power of an enterprise,which can also help to keep advantages of competition; second, the study will supply theoretical support and empirical evidence for China to establish executive compensation system; third, the research will supply effective advice for government to decide income distribution properly.
