Studay In Core Competence Of YJ Rural Cooperative Bank

Through comprehensive use of enterprise core competitiveness theory,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,Potter five competitive forces model management theory,a comprehensive system of research,to the enterprise strategic management as the core competitiveness from the perspective of YJ rural cooperative bank.The research work mainly through three aspects:The first is to study the external environment,the use of analytical tools related macroeconomic environment,industry and competitive environment in-depth analysis;The second part is to analyze its own situation,combined with a detailed analysis of the major theoretical problems of enterprises;Finally,Accurate positioning of the core competitiveness of enterprises,based on the result proposed cultivate and enhance it's core competitiveness of specific measures.The main structure of this paper consists of 4 parts:The first part is introduction.Introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the core competence of YJ rural cooperative bank,and points out the research contents,methods and technical route.The second part is the external environment analysis,mainly making use of PEST analysis and Potter five forces model,discusses the external environment of YJ rural cooperative bank.In addition,the basic situation of the rural cooperative financial institutions were introduced,especially on the characteristics of YJ rural cooperative bank that after the development of rural cooperative financial institutions area is analyzed.The third part is the concrete research of YJ rural cooperative bank.Through the discussion on the development status of YJ rural cooperative bank,SWOT analysis for in-depth analysis of its competitiveness,to find out its competitive advantage and shortcomings.This part also discusses how to identify,cultivate after YJ rural cooperative bank basis.The fourth part is the core competitiveness strategy of YJ rural cooperative bank.This part is the core of this paper,through the third part of the basis of YJ rural cooperative bank competitive situation analysis,combining the theory of core competitiveness of enterprises,and puts forward how to identify,cultivate the core competence of YJ rural cooperative bank,rural cooperative bank and ideas in the YJ implementation of the core competence strategy.
