The issue of urbanization has always been a hot topic research in Chinese economics and demography.General Secretary Xi Jinping re-emphasized the importance of urbanization in the report of the 19th National Congress and pointed out that the "people-centered" urbanization is an important policy that China needs to actively pursue now. Many scholars in China have proved through empirical evidence that non-economic factors play an important role in the process of farmers' migration decision-making in China, especially the household registration system, family structure and "relationship" have a significant effect on urban-rural migration, but less detailed analysis of rural ideological characteristics in China. The way in which family endowments work.China's rural areas are influenced by traditional concepts, subjective preferences arc heterogeneous, and because the rural family's "family concept" is heavier,it is dominated by the risk dispersion mechanism in the migration decision-making process, and the work choice is to subsidize family income and disperse family risks as the primary goal.Based on the literature research and the applicability of basic theory, this paper proposes that the research on urban-rural migration should be based on the theory of relative deprivation and risk dispersion theory of the new economic migration theory, and analyze the mechanism of family endowment affecting migration decision-making from multiple angles.Based on the urbanization policy concept of"people-centered",the article uses the microdata of CHIP2013 farmers to analyze the family factors, network relationships and subjective thoughts that affect rural labor migration choices. From the perspective of subjective thought theory, this paper demonstrates the relationship between network relationship factors(based on subjective preference)and peer rankings(based on traditional influences)through correlation test,OLS regression and binary logistic regression.Subjective evaluation factors such as self-evaluation of family living standards(based on relative deprivation theory)have a significant impact on urban and rural migration decisions. In addition, this paper uses the risk dispersion mechanism theory and the multivariate logistics regression empirical analysis to prove that China's rural labor force is affected by traditional concepts and family endowments in order to disperse the total family risk. The study found that factors affecting rural labor mobility choices include gender, age, education level, etc.,as well as family factors such as peer ranking, number of peer labor, and parental health, and there are generational differences in the degree of influence. The more the number of siblings and sisters owned by migrant workers, the more they tend to migrate in a short distance,or the "near urbanization";and the "long sister" and "long brother" rank factors of the same generation, based on the influence of traditional concepts,The migration policy of the older generation of migrant workers has a significant impact, and it has a negative impact, but it does not have a significant impact on the new generation of migrant workers. In addition, the "average living standard of the village" and the "degree of trust between relatives and friends" have a significant impact on inter-provincial migration. The regression results show that the lower the average living standard of the village where the farmers are located, the easier it is to choose inter-provincial migration;the farmers trust the relatives and friends. The higher the degree, the less willing to move across provinces. This means that the "relative deprivation" of rural residents still has a significant impact on inter-provincial migration decisions, and its dependence on relatives and friends makes it reluctant to move to too distant areas, because the migration to the province requires the establishment of new network relationships. The risk of interpersonal relationship is high, and the network relationship in the oldvillage can be reduced. Therefore, farmers who rely heavily on relatives and friends will not easily choose to move across provinces.
