The Analysis On Factors Of Migration Size In Rural Nuclear Family

Labor migration provides the power for the economic development of our country, also has a great impact on the social structure. With the development of the migration, the trend of family migration becomes more and more obvious. There is no denying that, on the one hand, migration has brought economic benefits for the family and society, on the other hand, this phenomenon also brought a series of issues, such as the lack of rights and interests of migrants, families of practical difficulties and so on, which challenged the stability of economy development and violates the current development on "people-oriented" concept. Valuing their family as the traditional concept of social environment in our country, the damage of family function that brought by family division accompanied with family migration was the threat of potential factors to the stability of social structure, thus the study of migration group should focus on its heterogeneity within the group.Since the labor migration facing employment rights, social rights issues have not been resolved, the current situation and demand of this group provide a reasonable basis to build a more scientific and reasonable social welfare system.Perspective on the theory of family life cycle, and through the rural core family life cycle stages division, the analysis explored the influence of the family life cycle stage on the migration size using logit regression analysis model. It found that the impact of family life cycle stage on choice of migration mode is significant. Relative to the families of school-age children, parenting and family of preschool children have a high probability of family migration, and the adolescent's family will restrict the family migration. The influence characteristics of individual, family and migration have on migration patterns are different in different stages of family life cycle. In general, the higher education level will promote family migration while the low level of education of family migration is limited; the government affordable housing can promote family migration; the bigger the size of the family, the lower the probability of family migration. At the same time, the attention to responsibility and function of the family is also an important factor in promoting the migration of the population and family reunion. These findings can provide multiple perspectives for the construction of the family the welfare system.
