Study On The Role Of Modern Farm Construction In Agricultural Science And Technology Promotion

To solve the problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" in China, speed up the development of rural social economy and culture, the key is to promote the progress of agricultural science and technology, constantly innovate popularization system of agricultural technology. Modern farm, which is a collection of ecology, leisure, sightseeing and experience, is a new model of agricultural management. Its construction is connected with the modern agricultural technology and the support of science and technology, and the development of it will change the traditional pattern of agricultural development greatly, promote the development of modern agricultural technology and science and technology vigorously. In a sense, the modern farm is a new thing of modern agricultural extension system in our country. This study is based on the typical representative of modern farm in Changsha County, investigating the basic construction of farm and popularization of agricultural science and technology. Its aims are to explore the role of its construction in agricultural science and technology promotion, its effects and problems, figure out an innovative way to promote the popularization of the agricultural science and technology from the perspective of modern farm construction.The main content of the thesis has three aspects:one is analysis of related research and basic concept of domestic and foreign; The other is based on analysis of typical case of modern farm in Changsha County, elaborates agricultural science and technology promotion mechanism in the modern farm construction, sums up the functions of construction of modern farm to the popularization of agricultural science and technology, mainly including:speed up the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, achieve the optimal allocation of popularizing resources of agricultural science and technology, give full play to the demonstration of the radiation and leading role of science and technology, and promote the government, enterprises, scientific research units, the role of the farmers and other multi-agent cooperation linkage, etc. A third is the analysis of the problems faced and its reasons in detail in popularizing agricultural science and technology of the construction of a modern farm, and proposing the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion. The author thinks that we can improve the conversion rate of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, fully dig agricultural science and technology information service, ensure plenty of funds for popularizing agricultural science and technology, raise resources sharing platform construction, and build a diversified agricultural technology promotion system to make the modern farm construction promote the faster, better and more comprehensive progress of agricultural science and technology.
