The Research On The Development Of The Three Industries' Convergence In Rural Supported By Science And Technology

Issues related to agriculture,rural areas and rural residents has been a major problem in China's social development,implementation of the rural rejuvenation strategy is also a key task of our country in the new era.The key measures to accelerate the modernization of agricultural and rural areas are the booming industry and the development of the three industries' convergence in rural.The three industries' convergence in rural is born out of the theory of industrial convergence in the communication industry,it is an emerging theory which applies the theory of industrial convergence to the integration of agriculture and high-tech industries.This theory has been successfully practiced in developed countries such as Germany,Korea and Japan.Since 2004,when Chinese scholars pay attention to the research in this field,the theory of the three industries' convergence has gradually become a hot topic in China's agricultural development.The development of the three industries' convergence in China has not only considered the internal environment of China,but also combined with the agricultural practices abroad,which has provided a new development paradigm for the development of modern agriculture.The three industries' convergence can expand the new function of agriculture,form the new agricultural model,extend and add value to the agricultural chain,and complete the task of our country from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.In the theoretical level,this paper introduces the concept of modern agricultural science and technology and the three industries' convergence and starts from the angle of science and technology,focuses on the role of science and technology in the three industries' convergence and reflects it's influence.Through the analysis of the modern agricultural science and technology and the three industries' convergence in rural and discusses the relationship between the two,it is concluded that the modern agricultural science and technology is the support of the three industries' convergence,and the three industries'convergence in rural is the development direction of modern agricultural science and technology.In the realistic level,this paper summarizes the achievements of agricultural science and technology development in China and analyzes the problems existing in China's agricultural science and technology development,analyzes the scientific and technological opportunities and the technological needs for the development of the three industries' convergence in rural.The development of the three industries' convergence in rural,both as a development strategy and a means of development,needs to be supported by matching science and technology policies.Base on the scientific technological support,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of the three industries' convergence in rural from four aspects:organizational form,management mechanism,service system and talent team.The development path of the three industries,convergence in rural supported by science and technology has positive significance to improve the current agricultural conditions in our country,promote the optimization and upgrading of agricultural industry structure,develop our country's competitive modern agricultural science and technology and accomplish the historic task of the construction of agricultural modernization.
