Research On Knowledge Base System Construction Project Of CRRC DALIAN

Currently,the world has entered the era of intellectual economy and the science&technology is leaping forward.Both enterprises and individuals have to keep learning and accumulating.The knowledge accumulation is the basis for innovation.Only by continuous gaining,sharing,spreading,using the knowledge and property rights,adhering to the technology innovation,transforming from "the market leading the technology to "the technology leading the market" and implementing innovation-based development"can the enterprises have inexhaustible driving force,seek more durable development and realize their five strategic targets-operation agglomeration,industrial clustering,lean management,market globalization and enterprise internationalization.The library is one important channel to obtain the knowledge.As the enterprise operating mode of multiple plants and bases takes shape gradually,the book reserve,update speed and the operating mode of libraries at present can not satisfy the existing and future needs.The enterprise knowledge base construction project can provide full and systematic knowledge service platform for the employees,assist with the formation of scientific management mechanism and provide strong support for library's transformation from literature guarantee to knowledge service so as to send in real sense the libraries to tables of the employees and facilitate the knowledge-based progress,which is of strategic significance for sustained and rapid development of enterprises.Starting with the theory and combining with seven years of working experience,relevant literature about knowledge base construction at home and abroad was studied,the theory about the knowledge base was introduced and the enterprise's knowledge base construction project was specifically studied and discussed from multiple levels and aspects.The knowledge base construction scheme was proposed and finally the project was introduced fully based on the actual situation of the construction and implementation of the base,including knowledge base structure,knowledge base categorization and knowledge base project management,etc.
