A Study On Business Hall Customization Transition Of Z Bank Xiamen Branch

Nowadays,as the opening of domestic financial market,the financial reform accelerates.The traditional business of commercial banks encounters unprecedented challenges.The business hall as the most basic service method of commercial banks are the forefront of market competition,mean the highest cost unit.Thus,optimize the business hall s operation mode,enhance customer satisfaction and reposition as flow running instead of flow service are vital for the commercial bank to cope with challenge.In this thesis,guided by the theory of business model innovation and combined with of the current situation of Z bank,the author tries to propose an innovative scheme about business halls customization.Firstly,the author expounds the background and significance of business hall s customization,analyzes the problems and factors of Z bank s business hall,then submits a proposal of business hall s customization,including analyzing the necessity and feasibility of transition,referring to the experience of the international leading bank,establishing the goals and solution of customization.Thus taking Z bank as a pilot project and achieves efficient business handling,higher customer satisfaction,stronger marketing capability,better team comprehensive quality so as to give a guidance for the commercial banks to adapt to continuously change of running environment.
