At present, as the global economic conditions poor, leading to the financial industryalso be threatened by growing crises, the situation is very serious. In recent years in theworld, the impact of the crisis on the financial industry, are involved in an unprecedenteddanger, the world’s financial system is very fragile, a short period of time it is difficult toestablish a solid foundation for economic recovery. The operating environment ofcommercial banks has been different this time, bank Z in such an environment, want to inthe industry without losing competitiveness be imperative, transformation is imperative.This paper first discusses the thesis topic background and the research aim andsignificance of domestic, foreign, and the research situation, methods and results arebriefly reviewed, by simply elaborated the organization change, process innovation andteam building theory and the relationship between the three, the research content and theinnovation point in this paper the principle, according to the relevant theories oforganizational change and process optimization and management team, establish a set ofinnovation and business process effectively, make the resources reasonably and maximizethe grass-roots network, through to the business hall of sales process and serviceintegration of detailed planning, zoning plan and the way to multi-level diffluence, useservice different resources to meet different customer, and combining with thestrengthening the team construction, effectively improve the operating performance and theprofit level of basic bank. The author worked with bank Z as an example, analysis of thecurrent situation of bank Z’s outlets existing business operation process, analyzes theexisting problems of current business operation process and the reason, according to thebank Z’s outlets existing business processes, innovation and construction of businessprocess system can grasp the trend of the pulse. Solutions to corresponding problems byhardware innovation and software innovation. For the effective implementation of bank Z’soutlets business process innovation, to improve customer satisfaction by tissue culture andstrengthen the bank Z’s team construction to guarantee. Finally, a comprehensive summaryof the research work of this thesis, and puts forward the future can be further researchdirection. Referring to the network literature and the library resources, and combined with thepractical work of bank Z, bank Z for two transition strategy, at the same time in order toadapt to the demand of current financial industry and with the development of new conceptof customer demand for services, first through the analysis of existing processes of bank Z,and the bank Z’s outlets business processes from the new integration and innovation,through to the bank Z’s team building and related system design, the final realization ofmining potential customers to bank Z multi-level, gradually discover and solve the network,in the service process, the team members to their for the array, failed to make full use ofthe resources, many customers and intangible, and enhance the bank Z’s performance.Finally, the research work of this thesis makes a comprehensive summary, putsforward the limitations of the study, the bank Z branches of process innovation and teambuilding from the details, but more is still focused on the theoretical analysis and designprocess, and combined with the actual service case relative still less, after bank Z launchedthe new process has really achieve the effect of land is not enough, the future still need thebank Z’s outlets in actual work process, constantly according to the service process everycustomer feedback as well as some unexpected events gathering and analysis, research onbank Z’s outlets process change and team building, further improvement and adjustment.
