In today's fierce competition in the market environment,if an enterprise wants to stand out,innovation must be one of its cutting edges.An organization is composed of many employees.Individual innovation is the cornerstone of organizational innovation,so how to guide employees to make more innovative behavior is of great significance to enterprises.In reviewing the past research on innovation behavior,we can find that many scholars consider leadership as one of the effective factors.Employees who want to carry out innovation activities must need sufficient knowledge to support them.Therefore,this study attempts to explain the relationship between empowerment and innovation from the perspective of learning.Therefore,based on social exchange theory and social cognitive theory,this study constructs a research model,and explores the influence mechanism of leader empowerment behavior on employees' innovation behavior from the perspective of employee learning.In addition to their own factors,employees'individual behavior is also the result of environment and individual interaction.Therefore,this study constructs a theoretical model between leader empowerment behavior,employee innovation behavior,ambidextrous learning and organizational climate.This study uses the academic maturity scale as the research tool to conduct a questionnaire survey.A total of 350 questionnaires were collected,of which 331 were valid questionnaires.Statistical analysis software SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used to analyze the theoretical model and research hypothesis.The results show that:(1)Leader empowerment has a significant positive effect on employees' innovative behavior.(2)Ambidextrous learning partially mediates between leader empowerment behavior and employee innovation behavior.(3)Organizational climate plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between leader empowerment behavior and employee innovation behavior;organizational climate plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between Ambidextrous learning and employee innovation behavior;while organizational climate does not play a moderating role in the relationship between leader empowerment behavior and Ambidextrous learning.In theory,this study further enriches the revealing of the influence mechanism of leadership empowerment behavior on employees'innovative behavior;in practice,the management suggestions based on the research results can be provided for enterprise managers to improve leadership empowerment behavior,create an appropriate organizational atmosphere,promote employees' dual learning,and then stimulate employees'innovative behavior.Decision-making reference and practical guidance.
