As early as the 1950s,many scholars pointed out that "increasing evidence shows that pure curriculum teaching is almost impossible,or impossible to help improve behavior at work."30 years later,Timothy T.Baldwin and J.Kevin Ford(1988)commented in their research:"Today, people are increasingly concerned about the 'migration problem'in corporate training".Scholars have never doubted the importance of training migration. However, the training migration effect of many domestic enterprises is still unsatisfactory, and many training efforts have been lost. The real value of corporate training is to increase the profitability of the entire company through the enhancement of the ability of the trained employees. Therefore,it is very important for an organization to improve the effectiveness of training migration through appropriate interventions in training or learning programs. In the era of mobile Internet, technology is constantly subverting our work and lifestyle, which has caused great impact on individuals and society.According to relevant surveys, employees and enterprises are also experiencing unprecedented pressure. At the same time, new features have emerged in the human resources field.Enterprises are facing fundamental changes in the workforce, the workplace, and the work world. These changes have also had a major impact on employee learning, management, and even job definition. These new changes reflect the transformation of thinking patterns and behaviors, and training becomes especially important as an important factor in helping students learn and influence their behavioral change processes. Therefore, for enterprises, how to effectively train the training in the new era and improve the training migration effect has become a problem that needs wide attention.Based on the above background, this study mainly discusses the organizational intervention factors that influence the training migration effect in the mobile Internet era,and provides more empirical and theoretical basis for the organization to improve the training migration effect in the mobile Internet era.Different from the previous research conclusions on the effect of training migration, this paper is no longer limited to a specific organizational intervention factor such as training design or training atmosphere, but from the source of "learning" of training migration model, and closely combined with mobile The influence of the Internet age on learning style, learning content and learning atmosphere, the informal learning method,UGC learning content and continuous learning atmosphere were selected as the influencing factors of key research, and the training of individual training migration effect as a mediator was constructed. The theoretical model was migrated, and then the empirical study of the constructed structural equation model was carried out through questionnaires and using SPSS and AMOS software. The results show that:First, the informal learning mode,UGC learning content and continuous learning atmosphere dimension of organizational intervention factors have a significant positive impact on the training migration effect of employees;second, the effect of personal training migration is There are mediating effects in the influence of informal learning methods,UGC learning content, and continuous learning atmosphere on the impact of organizational training migration. Finally, based on the results of empirical research, this paper proposes an organizational intervention strategy to improve the training migration effect.
