Research On The Construction Method Of The Data Center Information Resource Directory System

Along with the continuous development on the informatization of audit, the contents of the auditing information resources are also more and wider, but due to the lack of uniform specifications and standards, the phenomenon where auditing information resources are decentralized is relatively common,presented in a variety of ways,which caused great difficulties to management and use on audit information resource. To solve this problem,the National Audit Office issued a series of related computer audit announcement. In the National Audit Office Proclamation On the Computer Audit Practice No.5-the Basic Plan for the National Audit Data Center (2007, No.44), the national audit data center was basicly planed.The plan preliminarily points out the architecture of audit information resources directory system,but lacks in the classification encoding specifications on audit information resources and dynamic maintenance on audit information resources directory system. The plan only two level classification encoding formulation for audit information resources,this encoding can not on audit information resources classification information detail,this will lead to the dissimilarity of information resource directory system of audit data centers around the nation,leading to unfavorable influence on audit informatzation.To solve the above problems, this paper studied the construction method of the audit information resources directory system, put forward a method to construct a more detailed audit information resources directory system. This paper studies all kinds of audit information resources, combined with practical application of audit in the audit work of the information resources, the existing audit information classification encoding specification are discussed in detail. Based on the classification encoding specification refinement,this paper designs the audit information resources core metadata database, the core element database provides the data base for auditing information resource catalogue. In order to improve the timeliness of audit Core Metadata, this paper proposes a metadata management algorithm is the core of audit,the characteristics of the algorithm for the audit of information resources,to build a directory of audit information resources for the extraction of the core metadata information.The audit information resources are relatively sensitive, audit personnels with different identity should access to different data, and audit personnel transfers occur occasionally, in order to meet the actual needs of the audit work, in this paper, a directory system privilege management strategy is designed, generating personalized information resource directory system for auditors by the privilege management. The characteristics of audit data based on data storage center, in this paper, access to audit information resources optimized, the audit information resources optimized access method, not only to the center of the audit data service capacity to enhance the role, but also improve the efficiency of the audit staff.According to the research contents of this paper, the construction of the audit information resources directory system for Provincial Audit Department of audit data center.In the audit information resources directory system realizes the code for automatic classification of multi domain heterogeneous auditing information resources, by scanning the audit information resources,extraction the core metadata information and achieve a directory of audit information dynamic maintenance. In the construction of audit information resources directory system, management and application of Audit Information Resource Center audit data is very complicated, the work efficiency is low. When the completion of the construction of audit information resource catalog system,audit personnel through the directory system management and use of audit information resources. According to the directory system of audit information resource management and audit the actual situation in depth, simplify the audit information resource management and application steps, improve the work efficiency of auditors.
