Wulong District Rural Informatization Construction Influence On Rural Economic Development Research

In today's society,the informationization development of the information economy is to promote China's economic and social development entering a new era of transition optimization.In rural development,the party and the government is very attaches great importance to the rural agricultural informationization construction and development,and developed and implemented a series of measures for promoting the development of the rural agricultural informationization policy documents,brought a good opportunity for the development of agriculture and rural areas.Chongqing wulong district is located in the southeast of chongqing,and is in wuling mountain dalou mountains bungalows,it belongs to south China karst plateau hilly region.As a typical representative of "mountain",wulong area with national,but still there are some problems during its development and the insufficiency,influence the actual effect of rural informationization development,which affects the rural economic development.In wulong district as an example,this paper launches the research on rural informationization construction and the rural economy development.In this paper,using literature analysis,combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,category analysis,research methods,wulong district in chongqing as an example in-depth analysis of current situation of the development of information construction,analysis of the status quo of rural economic and social development of rural informatization construction of rural economic development and the impact analysis,put forward to promote wulong district of the sustainable healthy development of rural informatization policy Suggestions.According to the present situation and the evaluation system of chongqing wulong area build some principles of building the rural informatization index system,index system of rural economic growth,this paper calculates the chongqing wulong district in 2012-2017 of the rural informatization level,the rural economy growth.Among them: rural informatization index system,including the two first-level indicators,five secondary indicators,the indicators are: rural information tools development facilities and the rural informatization development environment;Secondary indicators are rural local fixed-line subscribers,rural local mobile phone users,rural residents' per capita income,the first industry investment construction and retrofit investment proportion,rural flow rate.Index system of rural economic growth,including 2 first-level indicators,6 secondary indicators,indicators are the development of rural economy and rural social development;Secondary indicators are units of agricultural output value ratio,arable land,cultivated land area of animal husbandry fishery production,the natural population growth rate,importance of agriculture and the rural social justice.Used to construct index data,USES the entropy weight method to determine index weight,wulong district in chongqing rural informatization level impact on rural economic development has made the objective and scientific analysis of the evaluation.In this paper,the study found that wulong zone existing in the development of the rural informatization construction in the following problems: the informatization infrastructure construction is weak,the overall investment there is still a gap;Rural informationization application ownership is not much,farmers' comprehensive application ability to ascend: informatization system mechanism remains to be further improved;Farmers idea lag lead to staff quality is low,professional talent team lack;Environment co;LTD;as well as service platform construction remains to be perfect.On the basis of this article put forward to promote the chongqing wulong district policy Suggestions for the sustainable development of information technology: play a leading role of the government,to strengthen the construction of rural informatization infrastructure;Enhance farmers informatization integrated skills;System security,planning and implementation;The construction of rural informatization talents team;Rich information-based rural information platform construction;Overall consideration,and promote the development of wulong area as a whole.This paper to improve the level of informatization construction of chongqing wulong district as the goal,the goal lies in for the wulong district authorities provide certain decisions,for contribute the wulong area and even the national informatization construction.
