The SAP system is a standard enterprise management software that systematizes and standardizes the enterprise management model by applying the ideas and concepts of ERP,and also a management tool which concretizes,implements and actualizes the ideas acquired by the system.The SAP-HR system,one of the subsystems of human resources management in the SAP system,is characterized by flexible operability,clear analyticity,and multi-functional system as well as strategic features to enhance corporate connotation.In addition,the SAP-HR system works in conjunction with other subsystems to provide a complete,manageable,and integrated solutions for the enterprise.The SAP-HR system of CS Company consists of four functional modules,including organization management,personnel management,attendance management and salary development.Each module is responsible for a specific work content of human resources management,and complements each other,which contributes to the establishment of a completed human resource management system.CS Company is a super-large-scale multinational company established in 2016 by the restructuring of two large state-owned enterprises,under the approval of the State Council.The informatization of human resources management is an important support and a significant part of CS's“13th Five-Year Plan" strategic development plan and the“13th Five-Year"talent development plan.Given the SAP-HR system only provides standard human resource management business,in order to meet the personalized human resource management needs of CS Company,it is necessary to design a personalized system on the basis of standard SAP-HR system.This paper adopts the typical survey method in statistics and selects an enterprise as the research object to study the necessity of human resource informatization in CS Company,the human resource management mechanism and work organization of CS company,the current status of human resource management module,and the difficulties in human resource management,plus the business needs analysis of the management module,in accordance with the implementation sequence of the entire SAP-HR system project,alongside in the implementation process of the project,to carry out exploration and analysis of HR business management module and HR key business plan design of the SAP-HR system at CS Company,from the vertical perspective of business,through applying the comparative analysis method to the analysis of the current business status of CS Company before and after the implementation of SAP-HR system,resulting in the completion of functional comparisons,the design of SAP-HR system module of the CS company management business,and the on-line implementation of the CS company SAP-HR system.
