Research On Competitive Neutrality Of State-owned Enterprises

Competition neutrality is not only the inevitable requirement of equal competition in the market economy,but also gains great attention in the international community.The size of China’s state-owned enterprises is the first in the world.The regulations on competition neutrality in China can not only maintain a fair competition environment and ultimately promote the development of China’s enterprises,but also integrate with international rules and participate in economic globalization.This paper first sorts out and compares the competition neutrality rules of domestic and foreign state-owned enterprises,so as to draw the gap between China’s domestic and foreign state-owned enterprises’ competition neutrality rules,and put forward Suggestions for the construction of competition neutrality rules of China’s state-owned enterprises according to China’s actual needs.
