By the economic globalization becomes a tendency, our minor enterprises act more and more important roles in our economic activities. Because the competitions become fierce day by day, minor enterprises have to open up new oversea market in order to survive. Although the minor enterprises become more and more important in our foreign trade, we also find many problems in their exploitations of world market and these problems had baffled developments of our enterprises. Through contacting with minor enterprises for several years and finding out the realize circumstances of their international trades, I write this thesis in order to affirm status of minor enterprises and help them to take part in international trade more efficiently.It can be divided into 4 Chapters as follows: Chapter 1, IntroductionAt first, this chapter analyzes international environment and domestic environment presently. The environment not only provides good opportunities but also bring many challenges to our minor enterprises. Secondly, the status of minor enterprises in national economy and international trade is affirmed. Minor enterprise is not only the propeller for durative and fast development of our national economy but also the primary channel to solve the employment problem. These days, our minor enterprises take part in international trade more actively and become the main simulative power in our export trade.Chapter 2, the Advantage Minor Enterprises Can Get in International Trade The chapter deeply analyzes the reason of minor enterprises taking part in international trade and what they can get from it. After we became a member of WTO, competition becomes more and more fierce. So export is the only way to survive and develop. In international trade, their business structures and models of management have been improved; ranges of activity have been expanded; business notions and modes of thinking have been changed. Integral competitive strengths of minor enterprises have been strengthened.Chapter 3, Characteristics, Advantages and Problems that Minor Enterprises Have in the International TradeAt first this chapter introduces some characteristics and advantages that minor enterprises have in the international trade. These characteristics include characteristics of industry and product, characteristics of management and trade and characteristics of local distribution.
