Research On How The Competitive Neutrality Principle Influence The International Trade Of Our Country

Since the reform and opening, because of the Anti-competitive behaviour the trade friction of our country in international trade activities is very common.Especially after the financial crisis in 2008,some of our state-owned enterprises crowded into the world’s top five,the trade friction on our country made byThe European Union and the United States upgraded from anti-dumping and anti-subsidy to neutral competition.This has had a huge impact on our country’s international trade.This paper described the origin of competitive neutrality,main pushing countries,the different purpose,the definition and scope of application in different countries.On this basis,sum up the essential characteristics of competitive neutrality and its compatibility with the WTO rules.Then theoretically analysis the relations between the competitive neutrality and the international trade, including the promotion role and restriction role played by competitive neutrality in international trade.Compared with the traditional trade measures,analyses their similarities and differences of the effects on international trade.Also analyses the impact of competition neutrality on foreign trade of state ownership enterprise and non-state ownership enterprise.And then combined with the present scale of international trade, international trade structure, the present situations in the enterprises of different nature,and the specific case of the enterprise,analysis how the competitive neutrality influence our country’s international trade scale, international trade structure and the behavior of trade companies of different ownership.Finally, through the concrete analysis, conclude that the huge impact to our country’s state-owned enterprise is far higher than to the non-state ownership enterprises brought by the current international competition.At the same time, it limits the scale enlargement of our country’s international trade, hindered the upgrading of our country’s international trade structure.According to practical problems to our country’s international trade,brought by competitive neutrality,I put forward the corresponding Suggestions. Hope our government actively participate insetting the international competition neutrality rules and continue to deepen the enterprise reform, improve the competition mechanism and laws and regulations, and good at using the corresponding legislative techniques,so can avoid being in passive position in the international trade friction and becoming a recipient of the rules and a bear of the sanctions.
