Study On Developmeht Countermieasures Of Fudian Bank Under The Background Of Internet Finance

Since the establishment of yu 'ebao as an emerging Internet fund at the end of June 2013,Internet finance has emerged in China with rapid development.The emergence of this new financial form has broken the pattern of traditional financial industry and formed a great impact on commercial Banks.Relying on cloud computing,big data and other advanced Internet technologies,Internet finance has quickly occupied the "long tail market" that is not paid attention to by traditional Banks.Meanwhile,the technology spillover and "catfish effect" brought by Internet finance have promoted commercial Banks to actively transform their business models.In the study of the operation and development of commercial Banks,the study of "efficiency" has become an important research point to measure the operation of commercial Banks in recent years.The research point of the efficiency of commercial Banks has important guiding significance for the quantitative analysis of the impact of Internet finance on commercial Banks.City commercial bank as an important part of China's banking industry,with the development of its own characteristics and operating characteristics of the Internet financial development background,from the efficiency of research to quantify the Internet financial impact on city commercial bank is pointed out that the development of the Internet financial background downtown business development countermeasures of the important research subject.This paper starts with the analysis of the overall operation of urban commercial Banks under the background of Internet finance development,and further selects fudian bank,a local urban commercial bank in yunnan province,as the research object.Combined with the operational and development characteristics of fudian bank,this paper proposes the countermeasures of fudian bank under the background of Internet finance development.This article selects the nine cities in 2013-2018 data of commercial Banks,with the concept of the Internet financial,development characteristics,as well as the main mode in our country,from the impact of the Internet financial for city commercial Banks and opportunities,based on the empirical aspects of VRS DEA-Malmquist index model,rich city between 2013 and 2018 firms dian bank efficiency value is calculated,at the same time,using the theory of grey correlation,the Internet finance and total factor productivity,total factor productivity and its decomposition efficiency has carried on the correlation analysis,draws the following conclusions:(1)since thebooming development of Internet finance in 2013,operation efficiency(total factor productivity)of fudian bank has made significant progress;(2)Internet finance has the highest influence on the technology progress index of fudian bank,and the technology progress index has the highest correlation with total factor productivity.(3)according to the correlation analysis of the total factor productivity index and the factors that may affect business development,the improvement of operation efficiency of fudian bank should focus on the improvement of asset scale,pressure reduction of non-performing loan ratio and pressure reduction of cost/income ratio.Based on the conclusions of empirical analysis,the following Suggestions are put forward for the development countermeasures of fudian bank under the background of Internet finance :(1)in terms of improving technical efficiency,several countermeasures are put forward to accelerate business model innovation,accelerate informatization process,improve service level and improve risk prevention ability.(2)in terms of improving scale efficiency,several countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to actively cope with the impact of Internet finance,perfect management system,perfect business model and expand marketing channels.
