S company is China famous Internet company,J's service module is the most important business,through years of development,S company has grown to China one of the largest Internet companies.However in the company is expanding at the same time,with other private enterprnses,S company in recent years on staff motivation has also encountered many problems,especially in the grass-roots staff motivation,staff enthusiasm is low,high turnover rate,has become a problem that has long plagued the S company.Although the S company has been exploring a reasonable incentive mechanism in grassroots employees,but the effect is not ideal,not from the fundamental solution to the existing incentive mechanism the problem.This paper takes the S company J business model as the research object,through the questionnaire survey,interviews,incentive mechanism of S company J business module staff conducted a comprehensive investigation,find out the existing incentive mechanism module base S company J business performance evaluation system is unreasonable,single level employees promotion channels and ways.The lack of effective grass-roots employee occupation career planning system,leave the system lack of normative,unreasonable pay system,incentive system can not be arbitrarily large according to rules and implementation issues,and to S company J business module problems as a starting point,according to justice,Y theory,incentive incentive and punitive incentive combination,honesty personalized,incentive principle,focus on adjusting the performance appraisal system,construction of professional talent grading promotion system,establish a scientific staff training system,standardize the grass-roots staff please leave System,and puts forward the improvement suggestions of the incentive mechanism of J company's S business module grass-roots staff.In order to make the optimization of the grass-roots staff incentive mechanism can be implemented according to the established plan,reduce the uncertain factors in the process of implementation,put forward to strengthen the middle managers and junior managers in the management level of S company J business module,construction supervision and Discipline Inspection Department of enterprise system,incentive mechanism safeguards adhere to the transparency of personnel the system of employees.Through these measures,make the S company J business module to establish the incentive mechanism of a scientific grass-roots workers,and make the long-term,effective,promote the staff working efficiency continues to increase.
