Study On The Enterprise Technical Capability On Enterprise Performance Under Different Degrees Of Decentralization And Environmental Complexity

With the rapid development of China's economy since the reform and opening up,the market environment faced by enterprises has been changing dramatically,and enterprises have been constantly adjusting their organizational structure and technological capabilities to adapt to environmental changes.How to cultivate and utilize their own technological capabilities to create higher corporate performance in the complex and dramatic environment has always been one of the hot topics in the field of strategic management.Based on the computer simulation method of NK model and case study method,this paper studies the influence mechanism of technological capability on enterprise performance.According to the recognized classification in academic circles,the technological capability of enterprises can be divided into technological monitoring capability,technological innovation capability and technological absorptive capacity.Considering the factors of the changing environment and the influence of organizational structure,this paper explores the effect of technological capability on enterprise performance under different degree of decentralization and environmental complexity.NK model,the one of research method used in this paper,is a structured simulation method evolved from evolutionary biology.It can be used to simulate complex systems in organization and management,and thus to analyze the impact of Organizational Environmental Factors on organizational performance.This paper innovatively uses NK model to study the technological capability of enterprises and puts forward a complete theoretical construction process and simulation experiment scheme.By summarizing the relevant theories of technological capability of enterprises,this paper puts forward five research propositions on the impact of technological capability on enterprise performance and makes a deep discussion by means of computer simulation,statistical analysis and case study.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)When technological monitoring capability is low,it will exert a positive impact on enterprise performance.But when the capability of techn ology monitoring is strong,the positive effect of technology monitoring on enterprise performance is not significant.(2)The stronger the capability of technology absorption,the higher the efficiency of absorbing advanced technology outside the enterprise,and ultimately help the enterprise to achieve higher performance.(3)The ability of technology innovation helps the enterprise to create new ideas and create more technology combinations,so the ability of the organization to adapt to the external environment is stronger.It is easier to achieve better corporate performance.(4)The moderating effect of organizational decentralization on technological capabilities of enterprises is divided into stages:a lower degree of decentralization is conducive to the rapid response of enterprises to environmental changes to achieve higher performance,but when the degree of decentralization is higher,it is difficult for the decentralization departments of enterprises to have good collaborative ability,to be responsible for the improvement of overall performance,and to be responsible for technological capabilities.(5)When the environmental complexity increases,enterprises with strong technological capabilities can play a leading role in the fierce market competition,and environmental complexity has a positive regulatory role on the performance of enterprises with technological capabilities.
