Research On The Development Of China's Overseas Investment Insurance Under The Background Of "One Belt,One Road" Strategy

The “Belt and Road” initiative is closely related to China's development,setting clear new targets for China's foreign investment development and opening new regulations.China's foreign investment development plays an important role in the economic,political and cultural exchanges of the“One Belt,One Road”initiative.In the new era,the international situation has changed rapidly,the political economy and culture have diversified,and political risks have become prominent.The outbreak of war and civil strife,the emergence of exchange restrictions from time to time,frequent political incidents,and increasingly serious commercial risks have revealed a series of problems such as frequent regime change,religious conflicts,terrorism,and imperfect systems in countries along the “Belt and Road” initiative.Faced with the threat of international foreign investment and the threat of political risks,China's overseas investment must protect its own rights and interests while developing.How to develop overseas investment insurance better and faster,and the strategic development of “One Belt,One Road” has become the current focus.After a certain understanding of the research status of overseas investment insurance at home and abroad,this paper introduces the scale,underwriting and claims of overseas investment insurance with the relevant work of CITIC Insurance's overseas investment insurance business and its service “One Belt,One Road” initiative.Wait.Through a comprehensive analysis of the case,it explains the political risks in the process of overseas investment,and conducts a key analysis of the countries along the “Belt and Road” initiative,demonstrating the key escort role of overseas investment insurance in the “ Belt and Road ” initiative.Combined with the development status of China's overseas investment insurance,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the development of China's overseas investment insurance under the “Belt and Road ”initiative,mainly because the establishment of overseas investment insurance system is not perfect,the enterprise's risk prevention awareness is not strong,and the underwriting institution is single.There are five categories,such as fewer product categories and lack of government incentive policies.Comparing the development experience of overseas investment insurance of the United States,Japan and Germany,combined with China'snational conditions,we put forward five suggestions for the development of China's overseas investment insurance: Establish and improve laws and systems to promote standardized development;Enhance corporate risk prevention Awareness,improve the insurance coverage rate;Appropriately relax institutional restrictions and promote competitiveness;Cultivate relevant talents and enhance product innovation capabilities;Provide preferential policy support to serve national overseas investment.
