In the enterprise management,the staff as a very meaningful resource,position is very important.Employees' happiness index directly affects their work efficiency.Therefore,how to effectively improve employees' happiness has become a new idea of enterprise management.This paper obtained the data of 212 employees of a listed enterprise through questionnaire survey.The research results showed that:(1)interpersonal relationship has a significant positive impact on happiness;(2)interpersonal relationship has a significant positive impact on self-concept;(3)interpersonal relationship has a significant positive impact on self-efficacy;(4)self-concept and self-efficacy play an obvious mediating role in the influence of interpersonal relationship on happiness;(5)using the data of enterprise employees for experiment and tracking,through the intermediary of self-efficacy and self-concept,it has an obvious effect on the happiness of enterprise employees.The research results have strong theoretical and practical significance for the psychological construction of employees,and are also conducive to improving the core competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the efficient development of enterprises.
