| The concept of eco-happiness refers to people’s general view of ecological well-being,which is a pleasant psychological feeling that people can obtain from the harmonious interaction between man and nature in the process of understanding and transforming nature in accordance with nature.The concept of ecological well-being,which aims at the harmony between human beings and nature,is a product of the current ecological society and is a manifestation of people’s awareness of the current social situation at home and abroad,reflecting people’s aspiration for a more advanced and civilised way of production and life,and is instrumental in promoting the process of ecological civilisation.The concept of eco-happiness is the core element of the culture of ecological civilisation and is the main content of the culture of eco-happiness,matching the requirements of the times for social development and building a happy China.The prerequisite for people to practice eco-happiness is to establish the idea of eco-happiness and apply it as a guide for production and life in all practical activities.University students are the reserve force for the construction of ecological civilisation,and they are also the builders and successors of a beautiful China.The cultivation of ecological well-being among university students is conducive to their all-round development,and is also a way to cultivate a reserve army and successors for the construction of socialist ecological civilisation with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,in the context of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era and in the great practice of building a beautiful China,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to conduct research on the cultivation of ecological well-being among university students.This study is guided by Marxism,relies on the discipline of ideological and political education,integrates the theoretical achievements of other related disciplines,and conducts a holistic study on the cultivation of ecological well-being among university students based on the findings of the survey.The study is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which briefly discusses the origin and significance of this thesis,the current situation of domestic and international research,and the research ideas,methods and innovations of the thesis,so as to provide guidance for the following research.The second part defines the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of the research,conceptually clarifying happiness and the concept of happiness,ecology and the concept of eco-happiness,outlining the main contents and characteristics of the concept of eco-happiness,and elaborating on its theoretical basis to provide the theoretical foundation for the following research.The third part is an analysis of the effectiveness,problems and causes of the cultivation of eco-happiness among university students based on the research results.It is found that the difficulties in cultivating eco-happiness among university students at the present stage are mainly manifested in four aspects: the cognition of eco-happiness is not complete,the emotion of eco-happiness is relatively weak,the will to eco-happiness is relatively limited and the behaviour of eco-happiness is not conscious.The reasons for this are the lack of flexibility in cultivation methods,the lack of synergy in the educational environment,the low level of teachers’ own eco-happiness competence and the lack of mediators for behavioural transformation.The fourth part discusses the path selection of cultivating eco-happiness among university students,combining the main contents of eco-happiness with the above-mentioned problems and factors affecting the cultivation of eco-happiness among university students,and proposes targeted solutions from four aspects of "knowledge,emotion,intention and action" to build the educational subject,integrate the educational object,optimize the educational environment and improve the educational mediator,so as to guide university students to form eco-happiness.The aim is to guide university students to form ecological well-being cognition,cultivate ecological well-being emotions,develop ecological well-being thinking patterns,and finally practice eco-happiness behaviours. |
