Research On The Logistics Development Of Characteristic Agricultural Products(chili)in Xinjiang Shawan County Based On The "internet Plus"

In 2015,the central government implemented the "Internet +" action plan.The traditional agricultural product logistics development model is not working to connect with the main business of agricultural logistics industry effectively,but the new mode constructed by "Internet + agricultural logistics" may provide a solution on this problem.2014,Shawan County,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as a cooperation project with the Alibaba Group's first "settle down" in the "Internet +" action plan to grab the opportunity.Through the implementation of "Internet + agricultural logistics" of the new development model achieves the linkage of Farmers and agricultural enterprises,the efficiency improvement of agricultural products logistics,the reduction of logistics costs,which will effectively promote the characteristics of local industrial economic development.From the "Internet +" point of view,this thesis has carried on the related research to the pepper logistics industry of characteristic agricultural products in Shawan County.Based on the literature review of agricultural product logistics and the basic concept of agricultural logistics and related theories,this thesis uses the way of field visits and questionnaires to take Shawan County pepper logistics as an example,from the perspective of logistics main industry chain,Bay County pepper logistics industry development status,existence or potential problems of descriptive statistical analysis.At the same time,learn from the successful experience of domestic development mode of processing and marketing enterprises chili Internet.Through the investigation and statistical analysis,it is concluded that at present,in the policy design,Shawan county government has subsidized and subsidized the electric business base of Alibaba Tacheng industrial belt,but lacks targeted and reasonable management.This is limited to the autonomy of the Internet and logistics processing enterprises;Internet pepper marketing more difficult online;on the logistics business entities,most emerging peppers related businesses and cooperatives lack of logistics infrastructure,professional people,and Internet technology and logistics management and professional logistics brand;Pepper growers are less receptive to the network and are more difficult to master network technology and knowledge.Agricultural products market information and logistics information from chili pepper processing enterprises and cooperatives to obtain relatively lag.Based on the research,it is proposed that the government should introduce targeted Internet and agricultural logistics management measures.Enterprises and cooperatives to strengthen communication and cooperation with third parties,to strengthen the brokers and farmers on the Internet technology preaching and training and other corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
