As a creative way to give full play to the creativity of the subject group,Customer collaborative product innovation In inheriting the traditional supply chain collaborative innovation,cooperative innovation of industrial cluster,enterprise cooperative innovation,universities,research institutions and other innovative mode advantages as well as pay attention to absorb the knowledge innovation and personalized needs of customers,Creativity and the depth needs of customers,and play an important role effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise products,technology innovation,reduce manufacturing cost,improve product innovation efficiency and expand the market competitiveness of the enterprise.The fairness of the expected income distribution generated by collaborative innovation will directly affect the cooperation depth of the core stakeholders and the innovation initiative between them.And finally decide the success or failure of collaborative innovation.In the study of customer collaborative product innovation,relevant scholars have demonstrated that customer collaborative product innovation can significantly improve product innovation efficiency and increase innovation benefits.However,few scholars have studied the distribution of customer collaborative product innovation benefits among core stakeholders.Therefore,this paper first proposed the earnings distribution of customer collaborative product innovation based on Shapley value through the study of literature related to customer collaborative product innovation and income distribution.Secondly,it lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research by studying the theories and methods related to customer collaborative product innovation and revenue distribution.Then,based on the definition,appeal analysis and cooperation analysis of the core stakeholders of customer collaborative product innovation,a Shapley value based profit distribution model of customer collaborative product innovation is established.Finally given based on the Shapley value of customer collaborative product innovation reflects more income distribution method is the core benefit related parties' marginal contribution to product innovation,and there was no clear that each core interests related subject in the innovation project investment proportion,risk sharing,contribution,contract execution,this four factors influence on income distribution proportion,so this article in the comprehensive consideration on the basis of these four factors affecting income distribution using trapezoidal fuzzy number to determine the weight method to determine weights for each core interests related subject of income distribution,Based on the revised Shapley value,a new revenue distribution model of customer collaborative product innovation is established.At the same time,an example is used to verify that the revised income distribution scheme can better reflect the balance and fairness of distribution,so that the innovation alliance composed of all core stakeholders can operate better and the efficiency of product innovation can be effectively improved.
