Research On Investment Cooperation Between Heilongjiang Province And The Russian Far East

The Russian far east is far away from the country's economic,political and cultural center and its economic development level is relatively low,especially its small population density and large outflow of population,which affect the regional economic development and also pose a threat to national security.The Russian government has formulated corresponding development strategies to help the economic development of the far east.Heilongjiang province enjoys an important position in the national economic system and is an important agricultural production base and old industrial base in China.However,due to its characteristics of heavy chemical industry and resource-based economy in economic development,and the task of economic structure transformation and upgrading is urgent.For this reason,the Chinese government has issued the revitalization plan of the northeast old industrial base and the development plan of the northeast region to promote the economic development of Heilongjiang province and other old industrial bases.With the development of regional economic integration,the investment cooperation between China's northeast and Russian far east has become an important direction to realize common development.China's "the Belt and Road" construction fully reflects the development requirements of the cooperation between northeast China and Russian far east and provides a strong impetus for deepening the investment cooperation between Heilongjiang province and Russian far east.Based on the analysis of the economic development situations of Heilongjiang province and the Russian far east,this thesis focuses on the research of regional investment cooperation on the basis of the eclectic theory of international production,the theory of comparative advantage and the theory of location in the theories of international investment.Firstly,the comparative analysis is used to analyze the economic conditions,industrial structure and human resource advantages of Heilongjiang province as the basis of investment.Correspondingly,the investment environment and the status quo of attracting foreign investment in the far east are analyzed from the perspectives of natural resources,scientific research strength and policies and regulations.Based on the actual situation,the thesis proposes the direction of deepening investment cooperation between the two regions.Secondly,the method of SWOT is used to analyze strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges in investment cooperation between the Heilongjiang province and Russian far east.Through the research on the basis of investment cooperation between Heilongjiang province and the far east and the result of SWOT analysis,the feasibility of investment cooperation between Heilongjiang province and the Russian far east and the leading position of heilongjiang province in the investment cooperation are demonstrated.Finally,with the help of the grey relational analysis model,the thesis finds out the main influencing factors of foreign investment in the far east for Heilongjiang enterprises' reference and puts forward suggestions on promoting investment cooperation between Heilongjiang province and Russian far east based on SWOT analysis and empirical analysis results.
