A Study On Development Of The Regional Economic Cooperation Between Northeast China And Russian Far East

Russia's Far East and China's northeast are the two border areas,with economic complementarities,and resource advantages.From the perspective of regional economic cooperation,the Russian Far East and Northeast China has enormous economic potential.China's northeast and the Russian Far East regional economic integration can change the current state of the world economy.The purpose of this paper is to study the whole process of regional economic cooperation between the two sides,the characteristics and shortcomings of the two sides and to propose a reasonable way to solve these problems and countermeasures.The current relations between the two countries need a way to promote the sustainable economic development of Russia and China and to strengthen China-Russia international relations.The research object of this paper is the historical and current situation of the economic relations and cooperation between the Northeast China and the Russian Far East.The data of Sino-Russian economic cooperation from the early 1990 s to present have been used.The core of this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties encountered in implementing the common program,the investment situation of the project,especially the cooperation projects in Russia.At the same time,this paper analyzes the problems of cooperation and constraints.Through a comprehensive analysis of the current cooperation between the two sides,reached some conclusions.First,the two sides in the regional economic cooperation has made a big step;Second,the two sides in the implementation of the common development plan faced some investment difficulties;the Russian Far East and Northeast China in economic and trade cooperation law needs to be improved and adjusted;Both sides need to seek for new areas of cooperation,and a shift away from an outdated single production structure.Overall,the two sides have great economic and trade potential.In this regard,the Russian Far East and Northeast China in the regional economic cooperation also need to pay a lot,so that the two great countries can be unified to a new era of further strides.
