Promote The Study Of Northeast Asia's Integration Into The "Belt And Road" Cooperation

Since the end of World War II,the global economic pattern has changed significantly.Regional and international economic and trade cooperation organiz ations,unless large or small,are constantly emerging.All countries in the worl d are committed to improving bilateral and multilateral relations,taking the lea d or actively joining multiple economic integration organizations,strengthening economic and trade cooperation among themselves,promoting commodities and factors of production circulation barrier-free in wordwilde.Intergovernmental c ooperation in various fields has also been carried out in Northeast Asia.The v olume of trade among them has increased year by year,and regional cooperati on has formed a certain scale.However,compared with other regional integrati on cooperation,such as EU and NAFTA,the overall economic and trade coope ration in Northeast Asia is very limited,at a relatively low level,and far from giving full play to its due economic potential,this restricts the economic deve lopment of these countries and the status of Northeast Asia in the international community.In 2013,China put forward the idea of "The Belt and Road" initiative,w hich has been responded by various countries.It has become the leading plan for China's overall and peripheral economic diplomacy."The belt and Road" in itiative is a win-win strategy,it is committed to developing a wider,higher an d deeper cooperation level,trying to create an open,balanced and inclusive re gional economic cooperation framework,which provides new wisdom and stren gth for the equality and mutual benefit and common development of all countr ies.At present,the study of "The Belt and Road" initiative is mostly aimed at the countries of Asia and Europe,and due to many reasons,it has little resea rch in the Northeast Asia.Northeast Asia can not become a strategic focus bec ause of.However,it is undeniable that there is natural coupling between Northeast Asian regional cooperation and "The Belt and Road" initiative.The integra tion of the two has far-reaching historical and practical significance." The Belt and Road " initiative is a new beginning.Northeast Asia should take this opp ortunity to explore the cooperative development mode and promote the upgradi ng of regional economic and trade cooperation.Starting from introducing the classical theories and methods of regional ec onomic and trade cooperation,this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of integrating Northeast Asia into " The Belt and Road " initiative with combi ned the current international background and the realities of various countries,and analysis the current status,mode of cooperation and problems and challeng es of Northeast Asia's economic and trade cooperation,and then points out the conjunction and complementarity of China's "The Belt and Road" initiative an d the original development strategy of other countries in Northeast Asia.Finall y,this paper explores new ways for promoting economic and trade cooperation in Northeast Asia,and puts forward some relevant suggestions on how to adv ance the economic and trade cooperation in Northeast Asia under "The Belt an d Road" initiative.
