Research On Financing Channels Expansion Of Finance Leasing Companies

In the mid-19 th century,modern financial leasing began to appear and develop in the United States.Until 1981,the first financial leasing company in China was formally established,marking the rise of China's financial leasing industry.Although the financial leasing industry has developed rapidly under the leadership of China's socialist market economic system,it is still in its infancy,and there is a big gap between the market capital penetration rate and the financial leasing market in western developed countries.So what is the most critical problem restricting the development of China's financial leasing industry? How to solve this problem is of great significance to promote the vigorous development of financial leasing industry.Thesis combines the domestic and foreign research present situation,from the current situation of financing lease financing company,analyzes the financing lease companies in equity financing,debt financing channels and other new type of financing channels and so on the financing dilemma,from various credit risk,the situation of Chinese financial market and financial leasing companies themselves reasons from three aspects,the author analyzes the reasons of financing channel not free,and analyzes the necessity of expanding the financing channels.On this basis,the paper in the bohai sea financing lease co.,LTD.,as a case,analysis the company financing demand characteristics and over-reliance on bank loans financing in 2014-2016 and produce a series of problems,on the basis of the mode of the bohai sea lease financing channels to expand and develop effective analysis,from the financing lease company two aspects of their own development and external policy environment for financing channels to expand financing lease companies in China put forward policy Suggestions.Papers for leasing enterprises financing channels and the orientation of government policy to provide ideas and methods,is advantageous to the enterprise financing,improve operational efficiency,expand the scale of enterprises,promote the financial leasing industry to flourish,to encourage innovation in the industry to upgrade,driving the development of new industries,and promote social investment and economic structural adjustment,better make the financing lease in the service of the real economy.
