In today’s society,people gradually shift from the pursuit of material to their own health.The team of sports and fitness continues to expand.It has become a new trend to take photos of various sports and fitness in social networks.Sports mobile apps are gradually entering the public view.There are a large number of sports mobile apps,but the phenomenon that quality is uneven,homogeneity is serious,product features are redundant,and audience loss has become an issue that cannot be escaped.If software companies want to realize profitability and survive in the rapidly changing market competition,they must think of ways to increase users’ intentions and frequency of usage,then turn the users into capitals that attract advertisers or convert the users into direct consumers of software.Needless to say,users are an important support point for the development of sports mobile apps.It is of great significance to analyze users’ willingness to use and its influencing factors.This article takes the users of sports mobile apps in Tianjin as the research object and investigates their intentions of use.The research model is based on Technology Aceptance Model and it increases three influencing factors:perceived risk,network externalities and software design features.This survey issued and collecedt questionnaires online,and actually published a total of 600 questionnaires.According to the ex post control standards,excluding the samples that are error in time,logic,or content.Finally 567 valid sample data were collected.This article will use the 567 valid sample data for following research.Firstly,reliability analysis and validity analysis are performed on the collected questionnaire data,then descriptive statistical analysis is performed on users’ basic information,the use of sports mobile apps and the model variables.Finally,establish the structural equation model for variables.The modeling tool is AMOS 21.0 software,and test and correct the model.Then determine the path relationship and path coefficient between the variables.According to the model,draw conclusions and give corresponding suggestions on the design,development and operation of the software according to the conclusions,so as to improve the sports mobile apps,improve the users’ experience,increase the users’ intention of use,and enhance the users’ stickiness.The results show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on the intention of use;perceived risks have a significant negative effect on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease;network externalities have a positive effect on perceived ease of use;software design characteristics have a positive effect on perceived usefulness.There are only two to three reasons for the user to download the sports mobile apps and there are only two to three favorite function points in the process of use.According to the conclusions,relevant recommendations are given for sports mobile apps:reduce the risk of sports mobile apps;clarify core functions;optimize market rankings;use super-user thinking to create glory for users.
