In recent years,with the development of economics,domestic logistics industry has entered into a new development period.The development speed of logistics industry has far exceeded past days especially since logistics industry was taken as one of the top ten revitalization of the industry plan.Logistics park as the spatial carrier and the logistics service platform of logistic company,it has played an important role in the development of logistics industry.At the same time,the improvements of domestic logistics industry environment have brought unprecedented opportunities for logistics parks.Under the high speed development of economic and with the policy support of nation,there have formed an increasing trend of building logistics parks.On the other hand,the obstacles of integrated development are still existed.Due to the lack of effective top level design,logistics parks run leg behind and do their own way in their own field.It also has caused a lot of problems,such as the high vacancy rate and irrational distribution of logistics parks.For the lack of resources integration and coordination among parks,the logistics parks are short of collaborations.In this instance,the study has sorted out the relevant theory of competition and cooperation among logistics parks from multi dimensions and focus on researching the competition and cooperation among logistics parks.It helps to establish effective system of regional logistics parks scientifically.Then the organization function and service intensive function of logistics parks can be fully worked.It also has important meaning for promoting the healthy development trend of regional logistics industry.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the improved breaking-point model and improved logistics volume allocation model,the study has researched the competition between the regional logistics parks.First,this paper reorganizes the related theory about determining logistics park radiation range.Based on the integration of logistics field theory and breaking-point theory,the breaking-point model is improved.Combining with the whole operate mode of logistics park,comprehensively considering the outside factors such as economic,traffic,technology,population and inside factors like the perfect degree of equipment,work capacity,then the logistics impact factors were quantified.On this basis,calculate five logistics parks radiation range of Kunming.Then,introducing average attract torque to improve logistics amount apportioned model.Based on this model,the logistics amount apportionment of five logistics parks in Kunming and the competition relationship among logistics parks has been analyzed.There are following results:1)There is a strong correlation between radiation range and competitiveness of logistics parks.The radiation range of logistics parks is proportional to its competition advantage.2)There is a relationship between competitive and attract torque of logistics parks,and they are directly related.3)The accessibility of logistics parks also affect its competitive in some degree.(2)Using multiple repeated game of prisoners' dilemma,five main logistics parks in Kunming under random combination were chosen.There are ten groups of subjects to determine the cooperation probability of logistics parks,and the cooperation probability can be remarked by the strength of associations.By constructing the game benefit matrix of logistics parks,ten groups of subjects have carried out 20 games,then the income map of logistics parks were obtained.Based on the income map,the cooperation relationship among logistics parks can be inferred.There are following results:1)Logistics parks with the similar functions will be easier to cooperate than those with the different functions;2)With the increase of cooperate number and business contact,the earnings of cooperation show linear growth.(3)The study has started with the relevant theory of competition and cooperation among logistics parks from the microscopic and microcosmic perspective.Then it gives out some countermeasures for the harmonious development of logistics parks from five respects:policy support;integration of regional logistics resources;layout of logistics nodes;collaborative development between logistics parks;transportation infrastructures.All of these can provide theoretical basis and data supporting for improving the operation efficiency of logistics parks and optimizing the layout of logistics nodes.
