Research On The Development Of Characteristic Industry In The Reservoir Immigration Area Of Heyuan City

The 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that China’s economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,and is now in the middle of a period of transforming the development model,optimizing the economic structure and transforming the driving force of growth.Constructing modern economy system is the urgent demand of crossing the pass and the strategic goal of our country’s development.In recent years,Heyuan City has attached great importance to the development of reservoir immigration areas.Heyuan Reservoir immigration areas have invested a lot of manpower,financial resources,and material resources to develop characteristic industries in exploring the development of characteristic industries.This article investigates and studies the development of characteristic industries in the reservoir migration area,grasps the development status of characteristic industries in the reservoir migration area,analyzes and studies the main problems existing in the development of characteristic industries in the reservoir migration area,and puts forward countermeasures for the development of characteristic industries in the reservoir migration area.Better use the advantages of characteristic industries to contribute to the economic development of the entire region.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly analyzes the research background,research purpose and significance,literature review,research methods and content,which lays the background for the research.The second chapter mainly elaborates the concept of reservoir resettlement area and characteristic industry,introduces the characteristics of characteristic industry,cultivation principles and related theories of characteristic industry,clarifies the economic theoretical basis of characteristic industry,and provides theoretical basis for the following analysis.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of the development of characteristic industries in Heyuan Reservoir resettlement area.The main characteristics are: there are many varieties of cultivation and breeding,but the trend of steady growth,but the lack of large-scale industries;the scale of theresettlement Industrial Park is growing rapidly,the income is stable,but the rental rate is not high.Chapter 4 makes a comparative analysis on the scale,output value and income of the main characteristic industries in Heyuan Reservoir Reservoir Resettlement Area in the past three years,and points out the problems in the development of the characteristic industries in Heyuan Reservoir Resettlement Area:the integration of industries is not high,the scale of industries is small,the development of characteristic products is uneven,and the market competitiveness is weak;Leading enterprises lead to insufficient industrial agglomeration;lack of industrial technicians,innovation ability is not high;industrial park rental rate is not high,the income is not ideal.The main reasons are as follows: the leading enterprises are few,the scale benefit is not obvious;the characteristic industrial structure is small,the development stamina is insufficient;the local financial resources are scarce,the government support ability is limited;the Industrial Park faces the investment bottleneck.It also analyzes the influencing factors of the development of characteristic industries in reservoir resettlement areas,including basic factors,environmental factors and core factors.The fifth chapter puts forward the main countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the characteristic industries in Heyuan Reservoir resettlement area: improving the supporting facilities,enhancing the supporting capacity;cultivating leading enterprises,giving play to the driving effect;strengthening science and technology education,cultivating grass-roots talents;fine management of industrial parks,and enhancing economic benefits.The countermeasures and suggestions put forward in this paper aim at the development of characteristic industries in Heyuan Reservoir resettlement area,which is of great significance to the development of characteristic industries in resettlement areas of similar underdeveloped areas.Chapter 6 summarizes the development of characteristic industries in Heyuan Reservoir resettlement area and looks forward to finding potential industries and new characteristic growth points while doing a good job of characteristic industries so as to contribute to the sound,rapid and stable economic development of Heyuan Reservoir resettlement area and realize the sustainable economic development of Heyuan Reservoir resettlement area.
