The Study On The Benefit Evaluation Of Land Use In The Development Of Rural Tourism Under The Background Of Rural Vitalization

With the acceleration of urbanization,the willingness of urban residents to return to nature has become increasingly strong.Rural tourism has presented diversification and is now beginning to take shape.In particular,the "rural vitalization strategy",which was first put forward in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,has provided new ideas for solving the problems of "agriculture,countryside and farmers".As a bridge connecting cities and villages,rural tourism has become a new momentum of agricultural and rural economic development,as well as an important way to realize the sharing of culture and resources,and the redistribution of wealth.As the foundation and core element of rural tourism development,land is continuously strengthened in the breadth and depth of utilization.However,due to the limitation and scarcity of land,land use benefit in the development of rural tourism needs to be highly improved on the premise of intensive land use.Profit from the diversified forms of land use,the economic,social and ecological benefits of land gained more and more attention.Whether the land can be used sustainably has become a key measure to the healthy development of rural tourism.In the new backgrounds and perspectives of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the present stody explored and evaluated the economic,social and ecological benefits of land use in rural tourism development.Based on the theory of sustainable development and the theory of optimal allocation of land resources,the benefit evaluation index system of land use is constructed with comprehensive use of public data,field research data,and interviews with relevant personnel.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was employed to determine the weight of each index.Entropy Method(MEM)was conducted to correct the weight of each index.At the same time,combined with the present situation of Shantang village rural tourism development and land use,this study describes the lack of land use planning in the development of rural tourism,the degree of connection between planning;the contradiction between the supply and demand of tourism land is prominent;building garbage stacking illegally covers an area and destroys the landscape;the tourism position is not clear,and the brand popularity is not good;as well as the lack of high quality innovative talents and the lack of strong willingness of villagers to return home and other problems.In view of the problem and benefit analysis,this paper puts forward strengthening the planning control and rational planning of land use;implementing long-term management mechanism;improving the quality of service personnel and establishing characteristic tourism brand;strengthening propaganda and education to improve the public awareness of protection;improving the overall coordination of efficiency and providing the countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment of characteristic brand agriculture to realize the sustainable use of land resources in rural tourism.
