Research On Financial Strategy Of Hengrui Medicine Co.,Ltd

With the development of economy at home and abroad,the pharmaceutical industry has shown a continuous growth trend,and the growth rate of output value exceed the GDP growth rate continually.In the international pharmaceutical market,large international pharmaceutical enterprises take the advantage of scale,capital and brand to seize the market of innovative drugs,and many domestic pharmaceutical enterprises are small and scattered,mostly engaged in the research and development,production,and sales of generic medicines.Under this background,the government departments have released many policies and regulations to promote domestic pharmaceutical enterprises to realize innovation upgrading,such as generic conformance assessment and drug clinical data verification.Domestic pharmaceutical enterprises need to achieve the transformation of innovation,high quality and internationalization urgently.Financial strategy is a long-term and overall plan of capital activities of enterprises.Compared with other enterprises,research and development,production and other business activities involve a lot of capital movements,and it is more needed to allocate and control funds reasonably.Hengrui is a bench-marking innovative pharmaceutical enterprise,has arranged innovation and internationalization earlier,and has transformed from generic drugs' research to innovative drugs' successful,so the case study of financial strategy is highly representative.This article uses the research method of literature research and case analysis.Based on the literature and theory research of financial strategy,and with the case analysis of financial strategy of Hengrui combined,the article hopes to find the rationality of financial strategy of Hengrui,and then put forward some suggestions on drawing up financial strategy for innovative pharmaceutical enterprises.This article mainly includes five chapters: the first chapter is introduction.It mainly includes research background and significance,literature review,research content and methods,and research contribution and deficiency.The second chapter is financial strategy review of innovative pharmaceutical enterprises.Based on the exposition of the concept and contents of financial strategy and financial strategy analysis theory,this chapter defines the concept of innovative pharmaceutical enterprises and briefly describes the development and current situation of domestic and foreign innovation pharmaceutical enterprises and financial strategy application status,providing a theoretical basis for the following financial strategy case analysis.The third chapter is case analysis of Hengrui's financial strategy.This chapterintroduces company profile firstly,then analyzes the current overall strategy of technology innovation and internationalization and internal and external environment of financial strategy,once again analyses financing strategy,investment strategy and income distribution strategy according to contents of financial strategy,and at last,analyses references of financial strategy application of Hengrui medicine on innovative pharmaceutical enterprises' drawing up financial strategy.The fourth chapter is suggestions on drawing up financial strategy of innovative pharmaceutical enterprises.Based on financial strategy case study before,this chapter mainly discusses how to develop financial strategy of innovation pharmaceutical enterprises,and particularly relates to strengthening the overall strategic awareness of innovation ability,paying attention to the change of internal and external financial strategic environment,choosing the way of financing according to regulatory requirements,selecting suitable R&D investment direction,and establishing low cash dividend policy.The fifth chapter is conclusion and prospect.This chapter summarizes research conclusion of the article and puts forward research prospect of financial strategy.
