With the sustained and stable growth of China's economy,geometric growth of the e-commerce and the rapid development of third-party logistics,the low quality to logistics and distribution of service is a key factor restricting the development of e-commerce.This paper analyze the situations,problem research and development strategy of the third party logistics enterprises,so that it not only helps the third party logistics enterprises to solve some problems,but also helps to carry out their own market positioning,provide systematic logistics services and increase the customer satisfactions of the third party logistics enterprises,it can also provide a theoretical basis and related recommendations to enhance the core competitiveness of its market.According to the point of view of the customers shopping online and the analysis direction of improving the quality of logistics service and customer satisfaction,this paper builds an online shopper satisfaction analysis model used the Kronbacha ? factor and factor analysis method to establish the evaluation of the third party logistics service quality customer satisfaction index system.According to the satisfaction scale,this paper designed questionnaire and manage data on the basis of good data processing in the reliability and validity.By drawing the four-figure of the satisfaction and the importance degree of logistics service quality,this paper finds out the most important impact of third-party logistics services in the online shopping and the most satisfied factors customer feels.Finally,the logistics service speed is the most important impact of customer satisfaction and the risk perception is the least important,while the customer is satisfied with the accuracy of logistics service mostly to the degree of goods.According to the conclusions,this paper put up with some specific measures to improve the online shopping logistics service satisfaction.
