Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Mechanization In Shanxi Province

In this paper,literature analysis,empirical analysis and quantitative analysis as the research method,based on the present status of development of Agricultural Mechanization in Shanxi province and the existing problems as the research object,analyzes the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Shanxi province the causes of problems,and on this basis,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide a reference relevant research.The first part is the introduction,research background,significance,literature review,research methods and contents of this paper mainly introduces the research;the second part of this article focuses on the current situation of the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Shanxi province and the problems of agricultural mechanization level of regional development is not balanced,the agricultural machinery research and development speed of innovation and production capacity do not match,the agricultural social service level is not high,agricultural machinery and equipment structure unreasonable,farmers farming enthusiasm is reduced;the third part of this paper focuses on the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Shanxi province the causes of the problems:the limitations of traditional agricultural management mode,the understanding of the concept,the low overall quality of the labor force and the limited land resources,not perfect the supporting infrastructure and services;in the fourth part,in view of the existing problems,put forward the corresponding countermeasures:To establish and improve the agricultural subsidy policies,innovation of rural land property rights system,guide the agricultural scale management,accelerate the transfer of surplus labor,to encourage farmers to use agricultural cooperation,optimizing agricultural industry structure,improve crop mechanization and productivity,to achieve a high degree of mechanization,crop production to strengthen infrastructure construction,strengthen technological innovation of Agricultural Mechanization Agricultural the construction of sustainable development,and promote agriculture mechanization education training system;the fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.
