Research On The Profit Model Of OFO Bicycle

With the development of the national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the concept of low-carbon and green travel has become more and more popular,and the sharing of bicycles has attracted more and more people’s attention.Sharing a bike is a new kind of sharing economy.Sharing a bicycle solves the problem of the last kilometer of travel,This paper mainly adopts two methods:literature research and case study.With the examples of OFO bicycle car from Shared cycling industry analysis,the profit mode factor analysis,and perspective to study accounting to share the cycling of business accounting treatment problems,and from the aspects of financial data for the analysis of Shared cycling will be profitable.At last,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of its profit model,and builds the optimal scheme of sharing cycle profit model.and according to the related research theory and the empirical study of factors affecting the profit model,proposes a set of Suggestions to Shared cycling profit model,hope to share the bike to bring more convenience for the society as well as for sustainable development.OFO bicycle advocate green travel mode,back to the life breath of bicycle flow not only,also promote citizens to actively participate in the city to build and promote the development of low carbon city civilization,wisdom,health.Therefore,this paper is of great practical significance for the research on the scientific system of sharing bicycle profit model.
