Study On Profit Modle Of CY Logistics Park Based On Customer Value

As the first logistics project in the diversified development strategy of Sichuan Expressway Company Limited,the profitability of CY logistics park project plays a decisive role in the group.From the inside,the company faced with disadvantages such as less experience in the development and operation of logistics parks,insufficient logistics professionals and the need to explore customer resources.Fierce competition in the external logistics industry.At present,most studies on the profit model of the logistics park are based on the different stages of the development of the park and the products provided by the park.In this paper,the profit model of CY logistics park is studied from the perspective of customer value.This paper mainly constructs the profit model of CY logistics park from three aspects:(1)Value analysis: to form the client analysis due to marketing research data and counter part in the market.And categorize clients by the judgement of values after analysis.(2)Value distribution: the logistics park cannot provide the same distribution for all clients,due to dissimilar client values;meanwhile different distribution shall be arranged due to varied requests and preference from the clients.The distribution is also called the element design of profitability.(3)Value management: the clients have individual values,they are still the same important as parts of the park though.We need to have a careful selection of the profit patterns for all the clients to combine them for a better business eco-system.In through the above analysis regarding the real situation of CY logistics park,The author thinks that a company's or a logistics park's profit model shall be altered along with clients' value and profitability.The author analyzes the four elements of profit model with the help of relevant theories with a view to the real situation of CY logistics park,also the selection and combinations of profit model during different phases.All through the analysis,the author figures out the profit model attempting to promote the potential profitability of the park and help the shareholders with more benefit.
