A Real Estate Company is a regional company.Its business mainly spans Shandong and Henan provinces.Since its establishment,it has continuously grasped development opportunities and customer service challenges under the unified leadership of the group company.It has achieved good development results in the same industry.Under the background of the National supply side reform,A real estate company's daily operation and business development are greatly affected.On the one hand,it is due to the shrinking of demand level,and the market turnover is directly affected by the operating environment of the central city.On the other hand,due to the oversupply of the company itself,some projects in development and pending development have slowed down or even stopped.The group company held several first-line,middle-level and high-level talks and research meetings for this purpose,and sat down with industry opponents to discuss countermeasures.At the end of 2017,it decided to highlight and strengthen the differentiated strategy based on the original management strategy and implement the new strategy in terms of marketing methods..It is precisely in this background that this paper attempts to discuss the differentiated competition strategy of A real estate company.One of the purposes is to give some suggestions through the research of this article based on the fact that the specific implementation strategy of the company's differentiation is still unclear.Trying to find the obvious problems in the company's current competition strategy,combined with the analysis of the internal and external environment of the current real estate industry,Especially in the context of changes in the external environment and changes in the internal environment,in particular in the needs and preferences of customers,targeted improvements are being made in all aspects of real estate products,services and marketing.It is expected that the adjustment measures and the implementation of safeguards can bring reference to the next development of the company.This paper analyzes the status quo of the implementation of the competition strategy of A real estate company,analyzes the background of the research,clarifies the practical and theoretical significance of the research,and gives the research methods and ideas.The basic theory analysis chapter summarizes the basic theory of differentiated competition strategy,analyzes the specific implementation process of differentiated competition strategy and the factors affecting the implementation of differentiated competition strategy;The problem analysis chapter based on A real estate company competition strategy implementation status to find a real estate company's current competition strategy problems,for the implementation of differentiated competition strategy to find sufficient arguments to support;Through the analysis of the internal and external environment of A real estate company,further deepen the analysis of the reasons behind the problems of the competition strategy currently implemented by A real estate company;The problem solving chapter puts forward the strategy countermeasure of differentiation from the channel,product,brand,service,etc.of A real estate company respectively,and gives the corresponding measures to implement the protection of A real estate company's differentiated competition strategy.Through this study,it is found that A real estate company's current competition strategy is no longer suitable for the current industry environment and customer core requirements,and needs to make differentiated adjustments.For example,the marketing strategy proposed in this article and the strategy of deep farming in the third and fourth tier cities are a strong grasp of the key directions of the company's differentiated strategy proposed in this article.
