In the context of the versatile enterprise development facing China,the problems faced by members of the organization are increasingly sudden and contingent,and the traditional mechanical response mode is obviously out of date.This requires the individual employees in the organization to have soft improvisational thinking and impromptu coping behaviors to quickly grasp the crux of the problem and the fleeting opportunities.Effective and rapid impromptu behavior plays a vital role in the event of an emergency or unexpected event.At the same time,under the background of rapid development,a group of 80 and 90 new human resources that broke the traditional collectivism concept,namely self-reliant people with individualistic characteristics,emerged.So what is the relevance of the two in the same context?From the perspective of how to improve improvisation,it can make the organization smooth and efficient,which has far-reaching significance in theory and practice.At present,the research on impromptu behavior is carried out from three levels:organization,team and individual.Most of the research focuses on the scope of impromptu influence,and then expounds its theoretical and practical significance,while ignoring the research on its impact mechanism.Individual-level research is also scarce,and research at this level also studies it from a single perspective,ignoring the combined effects of personal traits,emotions,and organization.Based on the theory of social cognition,this study introduces emotional intelligence to construct an adaptive mediation model of the influence mechanism of self-reliance on individual impromptu behavior.Through the literature review and empirical research methods,the interaction effects of individual characteristics,emotions,organizational perception and individual behavior are carried out.In-depth research.By exploring the process of self-reliance and emotional intelligence on individual improvisational behaviors,it is studied how individual employees in the organization influence the impromptu behavior through personal trait self-reliance and emotional intelligence.This is not only important for theoretical development,but also for practice.Indispensable guiding significance.In addition,this study puts individuals in the context of organization,and attempts to explore whether the mediating role of emotional intelligence in self-reliance and individual improvisation will be affected in many situations where organizational support is high or low.Whether there are adjustable mediator variables in the research model.This study is based on a few major narratives,the first part,the introduction,this part describes the research background,based on the phenomenon,the research questions and research significance,research methods and innovation points.The second part,theoretical basis and literature review,puts forward the theoretical basis of this research,and studies the self-reliance,individual improvisation behavior,emotional intelligence and organizational support perception and their relationship.The third part,research hypothesis,further clarifies the theoretical model of the relationship between self-reliance,emotional intelligence,individual improvisational behavior and organizational support perception through relevant theories,establishes comprehensive research hypotheses,establishes models,and details-measurement tools,data sources and processes..The fourth part,empirical analysis,this part firstly carried out reliability,validity and homology deviation test on the data to ensure its applicability.Secondly,through descriptive analysis and correlation analysis between variables,the data are objectively analyzed and hypothesized.By using structural equations,multi-level linear regression and conditional indirect effect analysis methods,mediating effects,regulatory effects,and The mediation effect of the adjustment was hypothesized using AMOS 20.0,SPSS 19.0 and MPLUS 7.0 software.The fifth part,research conclusions and prospects,puts forward the implications of management practice and the shortcomings of this research and prospects for future research.The main innovations of this research are as follows:(1)This study studies the complex trigger mechanism of individual improvisation from the perspective of individual characteristics of self-reliance.From the perspective of management discipline,it explains the positive aspects of self-reliance as a distinctive feature of individualism,and is self-reliant.The interpretation of the theory guides the new direction and conducts in-depth research on the individual human resources characteristics and employee behaviors with individualism.(2)Based on the theory of social cognition,introducing emotional intelligence and organizational support perception into the model,providing a new perspective for the study of individual impromptu behavior to explain its mechanism,and trying to comprehensively and deeply study the internal and external comprehensive mechanism triggered by individual improvisation.
