The Application Of Lean Six Sigma In FDJ Product Quality Improvement

Lean Six Sigma management as a new management method,is the integration of lean production and six sigma organic integration,in the past ten years in practice has been continuously enriched and developed.Lean Six Sigma is a comprehensive approach to achieve the maximum benefits of the company and the highest customer satisfaction.Lean Six Sigma management is based on the understanding of customer needs,the statistical analysis of the data,close attention to the business process,to maximize the quality,reduce waste,continuous improvement.In this paper on the theory of Lean Six Sigma management as the basis,to a company FDJ product quality improvement as a case,this paper discusses the application of Lean Six Sigma Management in improving the quality of military products.In this paper,we use the Lean Six Sigma method to solve the main problems of FDJ product quality,find out the main factors that affect the qualified rate of FDJ product,find out the main factors that affect the product qualification rate of FDJ.At the same time,in theory for the first time,the combination of improved Lean Six Sigma management method and the quality of military products,but also provides a useful reference for quality management in military enterprises.There are six chapters in this paper.It expounds the background and significance of the research,introduces the relevant theories and tools of lean production,six sigma and Lean Six Sigma.According to Lean Six Sigma management method,the paper analyzes the current situation of FDJ product quality and the specific implementation process.Finally,the application of Lean Six Sigma in quality management is summarized and prospect.
