Study On Safety Supervision Of Animal-Derived Food In Shenyang City

Foodbone disease outbreaks have health hazards and economic impacts.As animal food has become an important portion in food industry,people in China derive a large share of their daily diet from animal foods.However,in recent years,safety issues in animal-derived food,such as the abuse of melamine and clenbuterol,happened frequently.These issues not only threaten the health of customers,but also become a big challenge for the government agencies related to food safety.As a first-line staff in the supervision agency for animal-derived food safety in Shenyang,after considering the practical situation and the knowledge of public administration,food science and veterinary medicine,the researcher provides suggestions to the agency by following the lines of identifying,analyzing and resolving questions.This paper has five chapters:In chapter one,the researcher introduced the background,importance,and methodology of this research,conducted a review,and discussed the innovation;In chapter two,the researcher gave an overview of the supervision of animal derived-food safety,and demonstrated related concepts,features,supervising subject and basis.Furthermore,the scope of duties was identified.In chapter three,the researcher outlined and analyzed the issues based on the current condition in the animal-derived food safety supervision in Shenyang;In chapter four,suggestions were provided to promote food safety,from the angles of administrative regulations,regulatory system,and social supervision system;In chapter five,the conclusion chapter,the author summarized the suggestions on animal-derived food safety supervision and pointed out the limitations of the research.
