Study Research On Application Status And Deveopment Strategies Of Agricultural Mechanization In Shangsicounty,Guangxi

Agricultural mechanization is the fastest developing and most potential factor of production in agricultural productivity.As the most advanced labor tool in agricultural production,agricultural mechanization plays an important role in rushing agricultural time,grasping season,resisting natural disasters,reducing labor intensity,improving labor productivity and reducing production costs.In this paper,the application status and Development Countermeasures of Agricultural Mechanization in Shangsi County,Fangchenggang City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were studied by means of literature,semi-structured interviews,questionnaires and field investigations.The results show that after years of development,the growth environment of Agricultural Mechanization in Shangsi County of Guangxi has been significantly optimized,and the role of agricultural mechanization has been continuously enhanced.In 2017,the total power of agricultural machinery in Shangsi County was 329.8 million kilowatts,which is higher than the average level of each county(jurisdiction)in Guangxi,and the total tractor has 12 thousand and 300 units,accounting for 32.53%of the total power of agricultural machinery,and small tractors account for the main form;The total operation value of agricultural machinery is 400 million yuan,the original value of agricultural machinery is 281 million 23 thousand yuan,and the net value of agricultural machinery is 222 million 416 thousand yuan;the most agricultural machinery is processing machinery,followed by animal husbandry and breeding machinery,and the third is field management machinery;agricultural machinery is mainly used in rice and sugarcane.And other crops;The total input of agricultural mechanization is 10 million 604 thousand and 600 yuan,and the profit of agricultural mechanization is 664 million 257 thousand yuan.Successfully realized the historic leap from human and animal resources to agricultural mechanization.But there are still the following main problems;the topography of Hilly and mountainous areas restricts the application of agricultural mechanization;the structure of agricultural machinery is unreasonable;the development of agricultural machinery between different regions is unbalanced;the mechanical performance of agricultural machinery can not meet the requirements of farmers'automation;Lagging behind the construction of farmland road infrastructure and insufficient investment in agricultural mechanization;The lack of the main rural labor force and the imperfect socialized service system of agricultural machinery and the insufficient policy strength restrict the development of agricultural mechanization.The main countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:to further improve the level of agricultural machinery equipment in Shangsi County,adjust and optimize the structure of agricultural mechanization;to increase investment in agricultural machinery,improve subsidies policy;to improve the quality of farmers and agricultural machinery personnel;to focus on improving the standardization level of agricultural machinery safety supervision;to do a good job in the construction of agricultural infrastructure Speed up the circulation of rural land and promote the balanced development of agricultural mechanization.We should actively take various effective measures to promote the comprehensive development of Agricultural Mechanization in Shangsi County,and provide theoretical reference for promoting the mechanization and automation of agricultural production in Shangsi County.
