Study On The Tourism Industry Development Strategy Of Shangsi County,Guangxi Province Based On SWOT Analysis

Since reform and opening up,China's economy has been growing rapidly,enormously raising the life standard and quality of people,driving the rapid development of the 3rd Industry,especially tourism industry.Though tourism industry flourishes throughout the whole country,it still have its weakness,such as stereotyped tourism content and form,lack of cultural support,strong commercial atmosphere and weak driving force.The concept of All-for-one tourism comes into being in the context.It coordinates the relationship between development and ecology,effectively promoting the development of local tourism industry.The All-for-one tourism industry development strategy is studied in this paper,basing on studying and concluding the research results at home and abroad,combining the actual situation of scenic area in Shangsi County,Guangxi Province.At first,the status quo of tourism resources and tourism industry of Shangsi County,Guangxi Province and its analysis are shown through literature consultation,field visit,questionnaire survey and other methods.Then,after utilizing the SWOT analysis of tourism industry of Shangsi County according to the above analysis results,conclusion that the internal factors and external factors closely related to development are involved in many areas with different influence is reached.The advantages of tourism industry of Shangsi County are location,abundant tourism resources and favorable national policy.Its weakness are poor infrastructure,poor brand building and lack of talents.Its opportunity is the incline of national policy,investment and talents.Its threats are the conflict between tourism development and environment protection and the increasingly fierce scenic areas competition.At last,the following suggestions for tourism development of Shangsi County through the perspective of all-for-one tourism are put forward,including government-dominated tourism development strategy,cultural-enriching tourism development strategy,holiday-combining tourism development strategy,red culture-enriching tourism development strategy,tourism featured brand building strategy,talents-revitalizing tourism strategy and mutual advancing of tourism and poverty-alleviation strategy.The study model and these strategies can provide references on all-for-one tourism industry study for other similar scenic areas.At the same time,this is also practices the initiative"We want not only clear river and green mountain but also gold hill and silver hill.We prefer clear river and green mountain rather than gold hill and silver hill,and clear river and green mountain are actually gold hill and silver hill."that pointed out by President Xi Jinping,which respects for nature,conforms to nature and protects nature,implements the basic national policy of conserving resources and protecting the environment.
