Research On Tax Collection And Management Of Real Estate Industry In Dali Tourism Resort

In recent years,China's economy has been developed extensively.With the rapid economic development,China's urbanization has made orderly and rapid progress in economic development.These reasons also promote the expansion of market demand in China's real estate industry and become an important component of promoting economic development.In recent years,more and more people have come to Dali to buy and buy houses,which has led to the sustained and rapid growth of the real estate economy in the whole region.This has made the real estate industry tax,especially after the "business-to-increase" has become a key source of tax collection and management.Since the implementation of the "business-to-increase" policy,tax collection and management process has been repeated.The situation of real estate development enterprises varies from miscellaneous to regional.Therefore,on the basis of regional development,real estate faces many problems in tax collection and management.This paper introduces the tax collection and management of the real estate industry in Dali tourism resort,combs and analyses the tax collection and management problems from the aspects of tax system,self-construction and collection environment.Combining with the actual situation of the current regional real estate development process,we should better focus on the current work of tax departments,strengthen the daily supervision of tax departments,attach importance to cooperation and information exchange with various social departments,and enhance the symmetry of information.At the same time,we should constantly optimize tax services,and better take tax revenue as the economy.The leverage of development will promote the implementation of China's tax law and tax policy.
