Study On The Business-suite Model Of Tourism Resort In Central Shaanxi

With the improvement of the public consumption level and the change of the cognition of tourism consumption market,the business model of Central Shaanxi vocation resorts are gradually upgrading and maturing.It provides visitors an atmosphere to relax themselves and an access to enjoy the nature and a chance to have a taste of the traditional and profound folk culture of Central Shaanxi.However,the current vocation resorts in this area are characterized by serious homogenization and lack of distinct features.The architectural images and business-suite models have so much similarities.As a result,tourists have less interests of these tourist resorts.In this paper,we will analysis the business characteristics of different vocation resorts and summarizes the corresponding models after investigating some representative vocation resorts in Central Shaanxi.Finally,It provides a referential design model for different business models of the vocation resorts.This article can be divided into three parts.The first part includes two chapters,chapter one and chapter two.The chapter one analyses the status of this topic at home and abroad,and expounds the concept of vocation resort and business model.In chapter two,It introduces the environmental characteristics of Central Shaanxi and describe the development situation,types and characteristics of the vocation resorts in Central Shaanxi.Finally,It summarizes the types,layout and characteristics of residential buildings in Central Shaanxi.The second part of this paper is the chapter three and chapter four.The two chapters carry out field survey,measurement and research on the typical village resorts and vocation resorts and their business models in Central ShaanxiThen on the basis of typed research,It shows the current different characteristics and mode in Central Shaanxi according to the catering,accommodation,shopping,exhibition and performing.Finally,It makes a research and analysis of the overall perception of the investigation.The third part of this paper is the chapter five.Basing on the practice survey,this chapter analyzes and studies the flat surface of all kinds of business models.Finally,it summarize the basic model of the existing types of the vocation resorts in Central Shaanxi.Then,combining the characteristics of the local culture and the current business-suite models,it find out theoptimization method and strategy of the new suite type which can adapt to its business model.In conclusion,it makes a description of the limitations of this paper firstly,next it summarizes the content of the whole article and makes a prospect for the follow-up research on the business-suite models of vocation resorts.
