The key to adjusting the structure of the logistics industry and promoting the transformation and upgrading and to solve the problems of the current logistics industry,is training and scientific allocation of logistics talents.Through the play of logistics talents to promote the development of the innovation quality of China's logistics industry.If logistics enterprises want to get professional talents,they will depend on the means of recruitment and selection and internal training.NO matter the recruitment or training of talents both need corresponding reference standards.What standard are used to measure a job seeker and are the direction of enterprise training for employees and are how to measure the quality and ability of management and technical personnel.The establishment of competency model provides a good solution for the above problems.Through the application of competency model in company recruitment,selection and training,it is proved that the recruitment and selection standard and training orientation based on competency model is a scientific and effective management system.On the basis of the relevant theories of the predecessors,this study according to the company's vision,corporate culture and other factors,combined with its actual development,through the investigation and interview and AHP,we constructed the D logistics company manager competency model.At the same time,we also do some related research and analysis on recruitment,selection and training of managers by using competency model,and propose corresponding improvement plans for problems.In this paper,D logistics company's competency models include factors such as forward-looking thinking,customer insight,effective implementation,training subordinates,horizontal collaboration,facing reality,bravely carrying responsibilities,embracing challenges and passion for career.Classification by using the "iceberg" model,classify prospective thinking into a knowledge module,customer insight and efficient implementation are classified as skill module,training subordinates and horizontal synergy as a social role and value module,face the reality categorization as a self cognitive module,bravely taking responsibility and embracing challenges are classified as idiosyncratic(personality)module,the passion for the cause is classified as the motive module.
