The Research On The Evaluation Of County Economic Green Development In Zhuzhou

In recent years,green development has been explored in the development of county economy in China.It is becoming an important choice for county economy to accelerate the transformation of its development mode.At the same time,it presents new characteristics of differentiated development,and becomes the basic orientation for county economy to avoid homogeneous competition,enhance its unique advantages and realize sustainable development.In order to synthesize statistics and measure the development level of county economy under the concept of green development,taking Zhuzhou city as an example,an evaluation index system including three first-class indexes and 21 second-class indexes was constructed.The quality of green county economy in this area from 2010 to 2016 was measured by comprehensive evaluation method,and the water for County Economic development in this area was also measured.The results show that the development of green county economy in this area is on the rise as a whole,and the development of county economy in this area presents the spatial distribution characteristics of "north higher than South lower".On the one hand,it shows that the region has achieved good results in the development of green county economy in recent years,on the other hand,it also shows that the development of county economy in this region shows great differences,there is still much room for improvement.The specific research contents of this study are as follows:(1)Through combing the related theories of green county economy at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the connotation and development mechanism of green development,analyzes the connotation,characteristics and evaluation requirements of Green County economy,and provides theoretical basis for the construction of evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation.(2)According to the principles of scientific,representative,systematic,accessible and comparable indicators system,the evaluation index system of county economy based on the concept of green development is constructed from three aspects of economic development,ecological environment and social coordination,and 21 secondary indicators are selected to construct the evaluation index system.The 21 two level indicators are explained and explained.In addition,appropriate weighting methods and evaluation methods are selected according to the characteristics of the index system.(3)According to the index system and evaluation method,the development level of green county economy in this area is compared and analyzed from the vertical and horizontal aspects.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the dynamic changes of the economic development level of the green counties in this area from 2010 to 2016.Secondly,it compares and analyzes the differences of the economic development level of the green counties in the five counties(cities)in this area,and obtains the dynamic changes of the financial ecological environment level in this area from 2006 to 2010.This paper analyzes and summarizes the situation of financial ecological environment construction in typical economic zones in China,and then makes a comparative analysis of regional disparities,and obtains the evaluation results for comparative analysis.(4)According to the analysis results,summarize the problems existing in the process of Green County Economic development,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
