With the rapid development of manufacturing since last century, it has brought about numerous material welfare to human society as well as many problems of resources and environment. Under the background of trying for the harmonious development of economics and environment, Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) emerged as the time required, which was considered as a mode of sustainable development of the enterprises.At present, the domestic researches on GSCM are just on the first step and the enterprises' practice of it is still in exploring phase. Since China's entry into WTO, the Chinese enterprises are facing more and more"green barriers", therefore it is urgent for them to improve their environmental performance in order to increase their international competition capacity."How to carry out GSCM?"and"how to evaluate and guide the implementation of GSCM"are the problems that need to be settled by the Chinese enterprises currently . This is just the content on which this dissertation researches.In this dissertation, firstly,the necessity and significance of the implementation of GSCM in the Chinese enterprises are expatiated. According to the analysis of the meaning and characteristics of GSCM, the frame model of GSCM is established, in which the concept of"Green Accounting (GA)"is introduced into innovatively. The theoretic analysis of GA's application in GSCM is put forward.Then on the basis of GSCM theory and under the guidance of ISO14001, the enterprise'green degree evaluation index system on GSCM is designed. Besides, the evaluation model is structured by AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In the end, a case study is given which demonstrates that the above-mentioned evaluation index system and the evaluation model is doable. |
